Guidelines on Studying Theosophy and Using Website Effectively

Books contain much more information than can be grasped in one reading. In first reading one need not try to understand meaning of each sentence. After reading many books reader may again read books. This way each successive reading will give greater understanding, deeper and wider meaning.

In some books numbers are given to each paragraph. Open the webpage, to go to a paragraph or page with certain number, give commands Edit - Find in Internet Explorer, enter the number of the paragraph/page and click on Find Next button.

To go to a specific word (e.g. Brotherhood) or set of consecutive words (e.g. Universal Brotherhood of Humanity ) in a webpage give command Edit - Find in Internet Explorer and enter the word or set of words and click on Find Next button.

In Netscape Browser command would be Search - Find in This Page

In Opera browser command is Edit - Find.

For reading you can set text size medium, larger or largest by following commands in Internet Explorer. View - Text Size - Largest

In Netscape Browser to increase text size press Ctrl and + keys simultaneously. To increase text size further press keys Ctrl and + again. To reduce size press Ctrl and -  key. Alternatively one can give command View - Text Size - Increase and repeat same command to further increase text size on screen.

In Opera Browser command is View - Zoom - and select the percentage by which to increase of decrease text size.

To bookmark this site for future visits just press Ctrl + D keys on keyboard after opening home page or click on Favorites - Add to Favorites in Internet Explorer.
